Product detailed description
Hends Nanothread 50D - 12/0 - Ultra-Strong Fly Tying Thread for Demanding Patterns (100m Spool)
The Hends Nanothread 50D - 12/0 is the strongest ultra-fine thread in the Nanothread series, with a tensile strength of approx. 1900 grams—ideal for demanding tying applications without adding bulk. Its 12/0 diameter ensures maximum precision even in tight spaces, while maintaining exceptional holding power.
Made from multiple fine, slightly twisted fibers, this thread is smooth, reliable, and easy to handle. You can create dubbing loops effortlessly without splitting the thread. Despite its incredible strength and thinness, it handles like a much thicker thread, giving you total control.
While dyeing such a thin thread is limited, white can be custom-colored using an alcohol marker to match the fly's design. Perfect for tying larger flies, stronger patterns, or where extra tension is needed.
Key Features:
✔ Super-strong 12/0 thread (50D) with approx. 1900g tensile strength
✔ Ultra-thin and easy to use for dubbing loops
✔ Slightly twisted for smooth handling
✔ Custom color with alcohol markers
✔ Ideal for nymphs, streamers, strong dry flies
✔ Spool: 100 meters
