Flybox Eggstasy - egg chenille
Flybox Eggstasy is a revolutionary egg-fly material designed to outperform traditional egg yarn in every way. Unlike standard yarn that needs to be spun, Eggstasy is built on a core, allowing you to tie it easily like a chenille—faster, cleaner, and more consistent.
What truly sets Eggstasy apart is its NX-Gen Fibre (Next Generation Fibre) technology. These ultra-fine synthetic fibers are engineered to trap water, forming a unique slush-like, almost sponge-texture when wet. This creates a soft, lifelike appearance that mimics real fish eggs far more effectively than static egg yarn.
The translucent fibers allow light to pass through the material, producing a natural glow underwater. Combined with excellent movement, Eggstasy gives your egg and blob patterns a realistic, animated presence that fish can’t ignore.
⚠ Important: There is approximately a 30% color change when wet. The material comes alive in water—ignore how it looks dry in the packet. For accuracy, product photos are taken in the wet “slush-state.”
